Among all of them, you should definitely try these:

A sunset in Tahai

In Tahai you will find 3 ceremonial altars dating from 700 A.C, Ahu Vi Uri, Ahu Tahai and Ahu Ko You Riku. The altars of these gigantic stone figures are turning their back on the Pacific Ocean just where the sun is placed, determining that sunset is a really impressive show.

To get to Tahai you must walk from Hanga Roa in direction to the sea and then go right, you will walk from outside the Rapa Nui cemetery and then you will find these altars.

It is located southwest of the Rano Kau volcano. The importance of this village is that it was occupied by clans of the Rapa Nui tribes, who sought to obtain the first sacred egg placed every year by the Manutara bird.

Anakena Beach

Being an island, one might think that there is a pile of beaches to enjoy. In Easter Island, that is not the case. The most important of them is Anakena, a beach with all the characteristics of Polynesia: warm waters, fine sand and a calm sea, crowned with some palm trees and a large altar, the Ahu Nau Nau, with 7 Moais, the best preserved in the entire the island.

There are varied theories behind the gigantic and imposing stone statues that are divided into altars or "ahus" around the island.
