Itinerary

The schedule below is just an idea of the timings. The hours could change depending on the weather and speed of the group. The accurate pick-up time will be delivered along the booking process.

9:30 Transport from your hotel or meeting point in Santiago.

11:00 We´ll get into the Maipo mountain valley. Amazing views of high peaks and Maipo river

Noon Land road starts. We´ll get into the Valley of El Yeso.

12:30 Amazing views from the lookout of the lake of emerald water surrounded by imposing mountains.

13:00 We will enjoy a cup of nice Chilean wine and some Chilean cheese while we enjoy the view. There will be an opportunity to walk around the area.

14:00 We will return to our transport and drive to San José de Maipo where we will enjoy some typical Chilean food like Empanadas.

17:30 Back in your hotel in Santiago.

2,5 hours of transportation on the car from Santiago to El Yeso

Season

Year-round. In winter there will be snow in the mountains and probably we will need to walk for 15 minutes to reach the lookout point.
