An extra deposit is required to cover potential damages. We will inspect the bike within 24 hours of drop-off and refund the deposit via PayPal. In 99% of cases, we refund the full amount. If you take care of the bike as if it were your own, you will have no issues. Normal wear and tear are not considered damage.
