How it works?

  1. Location:

The pick-up location is at Avenida El Rodeo 13,442, Box 1001. It is a ground-level warehouse with parking and electronic access.

You can ride directly from our location to Durazno Bike Park or to The Molino / El Peñon del Capa area . Both are quite close (5 to 10 minutes riding). To take the bike outside of Lo Barnechea Comuna, a promissory note must be signed.

We will send an access token to your email to open the doors. Remember to open the external door first, followed by the box door.

Open from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with a pre-scheduled delivery time. At least 24 hours' notice is required.

How do I get to your place?

You can take an Uber to El Rodeo 13442 and ride from there to the bike park

Booking

To reserve the bike please click here, scroll down, choose your bike and then press "book now" on the bike you want to take. If you want more than one you can add later to the car.

How to pick up / drop off my bike?

We use a self service pick up / drop off for our rental bikes. Please read carefully the instructions below. In case of emergency please contact us to the following listed here. 

  1. The Warehouse is at street level in El Rodeo 13442. Go around Spid grocery store. Look of M3 storage logo. You can access from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  2. When you are in front of the warehouse gate, check the email from M3 Storage that contains your access token.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in that email.
  4. To open the door of Box 1001, push the door inward (the handle does not turn).
  5. Once inside: Bikes are left to right Large, medium. Medium are at the right side. Specialized turbo Levo S3.
  6. Gently push the bikes you will not use by sliding them along the wooden bar to create space and remove your bike, taking out before the charger.
  7. Pull the charger out from the bike and close the plastic tap.
  8. When leaving, please make sure to close both doors manually.
  9. Important – Chain damage risk: These bikes generate high torque due to the motor assistance. Please shift gears carefully, especially when riding uphill. Forcing the gears may cause the chain to break.

How to use the bike?

Press for a couple of seconds the circular button down the T

Increase or decrease the assistance with + / - button in the left handlebar


What is the expected battery life ?

The expected battery life depends on many factors as the weight of the rider , ramp and assistance mode . Probably the worse scenario is 2 hours with a heavy rider using full assistance and with some steepness and the best is 6 hours.

As an average the battery last 3 or 4 hours. Most of the people got too tired before consume the battery.

90 USD per bike. Includes helmet, knee pads and gloves
